Need EA for this MACD strategy

Hello, I found out that this strategy is best for EURJPY, EURUSD and any other trendy pairs, good for TF H4.

The strategy is explained as in the picture.

1st: must exist divergence
2nd between divergence middle curve cant break macd value 0, not lower than 0 for divergence up and not more than 0 for divergence down
3rd: middle curve macd value cant cross the macd signal (seldom void this condition)

Anyone could make an EA for this strategy?
