M & E Project Engineer - 1 Position
(Damansara)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
* Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
* Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients.
* Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
* Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project isssues.
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* 5-6 years working in related field
* Responsible and able to work independently
* Good interaction with clients,consultants and management of sub-contractor

M&E Site Supervisor / Junior Site Supervisor - 4 position
(Damansara)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the effective functioning of day to day site activities
* Co-ordinate and control of subcontractors.
* Familiarise himself with the project scheduling and monitoring, drawing, specifications and site instructions.
* Plan material, labour and plant requirements.
* Maintain vigilance on site activities so as to avoid misuse and damage of site materials by workers, especially workers of subcontractor
* Maintain safe and tidy site (good house keeping)
* Implement material control system (ordering, taking delivery, storage and issue of materials)
* Responsible to provide technical support and monitor the architectural progress of the project.
* Co-ordinate all architectural design works of the project.
* Assist in managing and supervising the sub-contractors as well as directing workers in all architectural activities.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in M&E Engineering.
* At least 1 or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Self- motivated , independent, positive working attitude and high level of professionalism on work.
* Able to work independently and good team player
* Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
