driver xcompitible kot..
time nak format kali ke2 mouse takleh detect jugak. saya terpaksa control guna keyboard.
ingatkan dh format kali2 blh settle masalah, tp still mcm tu jugak.
tu yg sampai 4 kali format.

mungkin ada hardware conflict... try remove hardware cth ram (kalo ada lebih) atau cd rom...
ni, ada beberapa kaedah yang kawan jumpa kat internet berkenaan dengan mouse lag, pun boleh dijadikan panduan.. kot-kot menjadik..
1st method:
1. Click the Windows start button.
2. Type msconfig.exe in the "Search programs and files" box.
3. It will require the administrator password to run.
4. Click on the "Boot" tab at the top.
5. Click on the "Advanced Options" button.
6. Make sure that the "Number of processors" is checked. Most importantly make sure the number of processors matches what your CPU has! (Dual core = 2, Tri=3, Quad=4, etc. etc.)
7. Hit Ok, and then reboot.
2nd method:
The most common suggestion I saw was turning off Aero Themes. Basically right click on your desktop, and change the background to a non-Aero Theme.
3rd method:
Click Start, and type device manager in the Start Search box.
Click Device Manager in the Programs list.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue.
In the Device Manager dialog box, expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
Right-click USB Root Hub and then click Properties.
In the USB Root Hub Properties dialog box, click the Power Management tab.
Remove the check from the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for each USB Root Hub listed in the Device Manager.
Under Power settings, check the 'USB settings' -> 'USB selective suspend settings' and make sure it is disabled.
Check Thumbnail, highlighted: Open Device manager, Double click on Universal Serial Bus controller at the bottom, Double Click USB Root Hub, Click Power Management on top right, Uncheck Allow Power..
4th method:
You might want to disable this feature for server products where power management is not important or required.
*To disable the Selective Suspend feature, follow these steps:
Click Start and then click Run.
Note If you are running Windows Vista, click Start, and then use the Start Search box.
Type reedit, and then click OK. Registry Editor opens.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\USB
If the DisableSelectiveSuspend registry entry is present, double-click it. If it is not present, create the entry. To create the entry, follow these steps:
On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD.
Type DisableSelectiveSuspend, and then press ENTER.
On the Edit menu, click Modify.
In the Value data field, type 1 to disable the Selective Suspend feature, and then click OK.

Ok.Ada 2 cara lagi, yang u boleh cuba:
1) Pergi device manager, cuba teliti ada tanda seru warna kuning atau tidak.Kalau ada, ada masalah driver TAK INSTALL atau conflict DRIVER
2) Cari Hiren Boot CDhttp://www.4shared.com/file/Q6DzX_TS/hirensbootcd151.html, Boot PC guna Hiren Boot CD ni, kat dalam utiliti ni ada mini WinXP live, cuba test mouse dengan keyboard tu, function atau tidak.Klau mouse function bukan masalah hardware, tapi software.
Selain Hiren boot cd boleh cuba guna live cD lain, cth Vista Live cd, Ubuntu Live Cd.
