[Mintak Tolong] Cara Setting wireless router

ok..dh berjaya masuk ke admin..wireless router tu 192.168.1.254

P/s-bertuahnya ade komuniti mcmni..rmai mmbantu..

run wizard, pilih pppoe dan masukkan username ngan password streamyx, jgn lupa letak @streamyx kat belakang username

biasanya klik je next next next......

cemana progress bro?? kalau wireles route ko ble sumbat byk port rj45 ko bleh online ikot wireles dan wayar lan (rj45)...

tapi tu la.. slow skit connection..

kalo TT berani, suh la akecema control pc TT dari jauh gune www.logmein.com kene install software dulu..

klau nak kontrol wireles router dari jauh tak payah pakai software pon bleh.. just type IP ... pastu bagi skali username n pass utk login admin cpanel... boleh la setting² kt router tuh...

dr modem tu just cucuk je ke wireless tu, then ko masuk ke page wireless router crk WAN setup, bahagian WAN Connection Type pilih PPPoE nanti ade kuar option username and password. masukkan username and password streamyx pilih Connect Automatically pastu save....da tu ko restart konye wireless router nanti bile on balik wireless router ko ni akan connect streamyx ko secara auto....pastu da bleh guna

satu cara lai kene login ke page modem then setting ke bridge, masukkan masukkan username and password streamyx pilih Connect Automatically pastu save .... pastu cucuk modem ke wireless router...setiap kali ko on modem, modem tu akn connect ke acc streamyx ko so wireless router tu x yah setting pape kecuali nak set password tuk wireless connection ko

setau aku, nak set modem, kena off wifi laptop tu dulu, connect pakai kabel je, baru leh masuk page setting tu..

Riger DB102 - Router Mode


Go to http : //192 .168. 1.1

* Username: tmadmin
* Password: tmadmin

Then you will see this above page. Go and click at the WAN Tab and click at PPP.

Set the new interface as:

* PPP interface = 0
* ATM VC = aal5-0
* Protocol = PPoE
* Use DNS = enable
* Security = PAP

Don’t forget to set your username as USERNAME@streamyx and also your TMNet Streamyx password. When done, click Submit.

Click on ATM VC and make sure interface are set as:

* aal5-0 VPI = 0
* VCI = 35
* MUX = LLC
* Max proto = 2

After that, click on Admin and then Commit and then Reboot Once it’s done you should check your Internet connectivity by loading your favorite website.

If you’re unable to go to 192.168.1.1, please make sure that your PC IP is in the range of 192.168.1.x.

Done!



make sure your cabling is correct. from the modem to the router, connect through the WAN port. make sure both DHCP Server is enable on modem and router.

settings:-
modem (bridge mode, DHCP server enable, NAT disable)
router (router mode, PPPoE, DHCP server enable, NAT enable)

just browse the pages in both the modem and the router and find the things listed in the brackets. everything should work.
