Man regret bought condo unit at Damansara Damai

I bought a unit at The Zizz Damansara Damai, but I’m disappointed because the market value there has been dropping. A neighbor’s unit, which was originally valued at RM450k, ended up being auctioned off for only RM250k–300k. I regret my purchase because I feel the developer was only chasing profit with a poorly executed project, and the management/JMB during the pandemic further damaged the property’s value.

Now I’m wondering how I can increase the potential of my unit and whether Damansara Damai generally has low property value.
