Low latency ECN FX broker for Malaysian traders

I'm interested with raw spread account, servers in Asia for low latency and must be regulated.

So far, i've found Pepperstone (160ms+), Tickmill (160ms+). The rest of the big names all have 210ms+
Aside from Blueberry Markets (90ms+) their server in Hong Kong, but commission very expensive. 2 times higher than Pepperstone and Tickmill.

OctaFX is the fastest (7ms) server in Msia. But unfortunately, no ECN.

If anyone knows any broker that meet the 2 criteria. Please let me know.

I think any recommendation would also work for any traders in asia.
