bulan 4 aku xcident..
aku baru claim bulan 11..
kete dah tersadai dkt bengkel samapi skrng..
call kurnia.. baru dpt tau claim kene reject..
reason : aku claim lambat.. dah 7 bulan
reason aku: aku xde transport.. kete tu mmng aku bwk p ulang alik kerja..
skrng je aku terpaksa sewa kete sbb nk anta kete aku tu..
punca xcident. org langgar aku.. tp aku d persalahkn oleh polis (yg ni pun aku xfaham.. polis ckp aku x bg laluan.. kete aku kene langgar dkt pintu belakng.. org tu nk keluar roundbot.. aku nk terus)

dah kene reject.. aku nk buat ape?
aku rase tertipu.. buat ape bayar insurance lau jadi mcm ni..
kete aku x di cover insurance wpun aku bayar..
NCD jadi 0
saman kene bayar
claim kene reject.. kene kuar duit lagi..

(1) Report to the Police within 24 hours upon accident.
(2) Notify us in writing with full details within 7 days after an event which may become the subject of a claim
under this Policy.
(3) No repairs may be authorized to Your Vehicle without Our prior written consent.
(4) Private Car Own Damage Claim - In the event of claim, repairs must be conducted by Authorized Panel
Workshop selected and approved by Us.
(5) The Insured shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the Motor Vehicle from loss or damage.
(6) We shall have full discretion in the conduct, defence and/or settlement of any claim.
(7) Accident Involving Third Party - If You are involved in an accident causing injury to any person or damage to
any property or other vehicle You must:
(a) try to exchange Insurance particulars with owners of vehicles involved.
(b) try to obtain the name & address of any witness to the accident.
(c) report to the Company immediately.
(d) refer to the Company immediately all communications received and immediately send all letters received to
the Company unanswered.
(e) not pay any money to any party involved in the accident without the Company written permission.
N.B. (i) We reserve the right to cancel this Policy by giving 14 days written notice by registered post to Your last known address.
(ii) Betterment – In the event Your Vehicle is aged above 5 years, this Policy is subject to Scale of Betterment as per PIAM
Guidelines.
(iii) The Insured shall read this policy carefully, and if any error or misdescription be found herein, or if the cover is not in
accordance with the wishes of the Insured, advice should immediately at once be given to the Company and the Policy
returned for alteration.

n ni satu2 nye clause dlm bahasa eng.. yg lain dwi bahasa.. (boleh x aku argue aku x faham eng)

sepatutnya kena cepat lah claim..

memang betul alasan yang bro bagi..

tapi sampai 7 bulan baru nak claim..

memang depa fikir something fishy..

depa ada adjuster..

selagi mau kurang mesti nak kurang..

tapi kes bro ni dah lain macam bagi depa..

bab polis kata bro salah tu terima jelah..

i/o punya kerja untuk tentukan siapa betul dan salah berdasarkan situasi bagaimana pelanggaran berlaku..

tapi kalau ikut pandangan aku sendiri memang bro salah sebab tak bagi laluan..

jangan kecam ye..

Since dah tak der insurance cover, TT kena la usahakan utk membuat bayaran sendiri. Kalo dah tak mampu nak bayar tu , elok la di jual dulu kete ni, Bila finance dah ok beli kete lain.
Ini pendapat saya la.

kete xcdnt x teruk pun.. kemek bahgian pintu n depan sikit je..
lau cash repair pun ade la rm700-rm1000 kot.. tp duit jugak..
bnde ni xley bwk p tribunal ke?
