6.Tunjukkan kemampuan

Masing-masing mempunyai kemampuan sendiri.

1. Setiap Insan Yang Hidup Mempunyai Masalah

Apakah masalah anda?

5 Steps To Success In Life

champ_zps77ee56f8.jpg

We all want success in life. Whether it’s success in business or family or just success in overcoming a bad habit. The destinations may be different but the steps to getting there are all the same. I’ve laid out the 5 steps that I’ve found, over the years, to be essential to success in life.

1: Make the decision to stop being average.

This is one of the most important steps to success in life. You may know about setting goals (which I will cover in a minute) but many people overlook the importance of this first step. You need to make the decision, once and for all, to stop letting yourself be just another average Joe. This is the time to decide if you are really serious about being successful in anything you do. Because this kind of success requires a mindset that is not that of the rest of the heard. It requires the ability to think and act outside the box and be willing to make the changes necessary to reaching your goals. So it is now time to pull away from the heard and start thinking for yourself.

2: Realize Your Dreams.

If you can, close your eyes for a moment and take a deep breath and try to relax. Try to push all the thoughts out of your mind. Now I want you to ask yourself a question and try to be honest with yourself when you answer. Ask yourself, “If I could change anything in my life what would it be?” This can be anything, where you live, what you do for a living, anything. After you’ve answered your question, paint a picture in your mind of what this changed situation would look like. Think of the details, the sights, smells, etc… Now that you have this image in your mind, open your eyes and write down a couple of paragraphs that describe what you’ve invisined. This is your dream. Now, when I say dream, I don’t mean THE DREAM, the one and only dream of your life. I mean A DREAM. One of many. Each thing in your life that you want to improve on or change starts with A DREAM and this is one of them. Every other thing that you want to change you can use this method to clarify or realize that particular dream. But if you don’t clerify what you want it will be very hard to get it, let alone know whether or not you’ve already got it.

3: Set Goals.

We have all heard about the importance of setting goals. Well, it’s true, but how do you go about doing this. Let’s start by defining what a goal is. A goal, in this case, is a set guideline of when and how to complete a task. (It may also be the completed task itself, depending on the situation.) So if your goal is to reach your dream than you would decide what needs to happen and how quickly you can and want it to happen.
So get that pen and paper back out and make a list of all the things that need to be done to reach your dream. And then, under each item, decide what needs to happen or change for that particular task to be accomplished. Finally, make a time frame for these items. Each item is a mini goal to accomplshing the picture you’ve already painted.

4: Find Ways To Stay Motivated.

Now, the hard part. The first three steps are very easy compared to this one. Anybody can do what we’ve already talked about. But what sets apart the average person from the successful one is the ability of that particular person to consistently put forth the effort to accomplishing their goals. That is where motivation comes in. You need to learn the skill of keeping that fire going inside you. Without this fuel of desire and a clear resolve you’ll be dead in the water in a week.

Try to find what works and stick with it. If reading this blog helps you stay motivated than make sure to read it on a regular basis. If exercising keeps your confidence up and your energy high, than don’t miss a workout. Whatever it takes, find what works and stick with it. And, whenever you feel your drive start to fade or you start questioning why you’re doing what you’re doing, just go back to that pad of paper and re-read your description of your dream. This will often re-kendal the fire and get you back on track.

5: Enjoy The Process!

Just as important as the first 4 steps, this one requires little effort but is often missed. And notice that I didn’t say, enjoy yourself when you reach your dream. You don’t want to feel like you are slaving away for the mirage in the distance. The process should be rewarding on it’s own as you are seeking to get the most out of every day.

All throughout your life you will be working on “That Next Goal” so if you are only happy when you reach it, you will never be happy because there will be a new one right around the corner. Success in life is not about reaching a final destination but instead it’s the process of constantly upgrading your life to a better version. So, if you are just grazing with the heard, I won’t blame you for feeling down. But if you are in the process of pursuing the life that you desire for yourself and your family than I hope that you find yourself satisfied RIGHT NOW as well as in the future.

Betulkan Mind Setting

mindset_zpsa9626af3.jpg

Jangan sesekali kata, ala..esok dah nak keje la pulak. Kena bangun awal, punch card la pulak, trafic jam la pulak. Huh.. bencinya, menyampahnya, malasnya!

Esok nak kerja balik, ala.. tak sabar-sabar rasanya nak gi kerja.

Anda dah tak sabar nak buktikan anda juga hebat bila time kerja! Cubalah menyukai kalau anda tak suka. Latih diri untuk menyukai kerjaya anda.

Kalau seharian malas, menyampah, stress, nak harap terima gaji hujung bulan saja, Anda takkan ke mana jawapnya, prestasi itu je, gaji pun tak naik-naik la jadinya. Ini baru sehari. Kalau 365 hari yang akan datang, macam mana?

Minda Anda "mengangkap" kata-kata hati anda begini :

Kawal kata-kata hati anda.

Selepas tu, lupakan kesalahan dia.

Tak kira anda sekarang seorang pekerja, usahawan, pelajar mahupun golongan marhaen,
betulkan setting minda Anda.

Why Failure is Good For Success

success_zps15061cef.jpg

The sweetest victory is the one that’s most difficult. The one that requires you to reach down deep inside, to fight with everything you’ve got, to be willing to leave everything out there on the battlefield—without knowing, until that do-or-die moment, if your heroic effort will be enough.

Society doesn’t reward defeat, and you won’t find many failures documented in history books. The exceptions are those failures that become steppingstones to later success. Such is the case with Thomas Edison, whose most memorable invention was the light bulb, which purportedly took him 1,000 tries before he developed a successful prototype. “How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?” a reporter asked. “I didn’t fail 1,000 times,” Edison responded. “The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps.”

Unlike Edison, many of us avoid the prospect of failure. In fact, we’re so focused on not failing that we don’t aim for success, settling instead for a life of mediocrity. When we do make missteps, we gloss over them, selectively editing out the miscalculations or mistakes in our life’s résumé.

“Failure is not an option,” NASA flight controller Jerry C. Bostick reportedly stated during the mission to bring the damaged Apollo 13 back to Earth, and that phrase has been etched into the collective memory ever since.

To many in our success-driven society, failure isn’t just considered a non-option—it’s deemed a deficiency, says Kathryn Schulz, author of Being Wrong: Adventures in the Margin of Error. “Of all the things we are wrong about, this idea of error might well top the list,” Schulz says. “It is our meta-mistake: We are wrong about what it means to be wrong. Far from being a sign of intellectual inferiority, the capacity to err is crucial to human cognition.”

Life’s Greatest Teacher

When we take a closer look at the great thinkers throughout history, a willingness to take on failure isn’t a new or extraordinary thought at all. From the likes of Augustine, Darwin and Freud to the business mavericks and sports legends of today, failure is as powerful a tool as any in reaching great success.

“Failure and defeat are life’s greatest teachers [but] sadly, most people, and particularly conservative corporate cultures, don’t want to go there,” says Ralph Heath, managing partner of Synergy Leadership Group and author of Celebrating Failure: The Power of Taking Risks, Making Mistakes and Thinking Big. “Instead they choose to play it safe, to fly below the radar, repeating the same safe choices over and over again. They operate under the belief that if they make no waves, they attract no attention; no one will yell at them for failing because they generally never attempt anything great at which they could possibly fail (or succeed).”

However, in today’s post-recession economy, some employers are no longer shying away from failure—they’re embracing it. According to a recent article in BusinessWeek, many companies are deliberately seeking out those with track records reflecting both failure and success, believing that those who have been in the trenches, survived battle and come out on the other side have irreplaceable experience and perseverance. They’re veterans of failure.

The prevailing school of thought in progressive companies—such as Intuit, General Electric, Corning and Virgin Atlantic—is that great success depends on great risk, and failure is simply a common by product. Executives of such organizations don’t mourn their mistakes but instead parlay them into future gains.

“The quickest road to success is to possess an attitude toward failure of ‘no fear,’ ” says Heath. “To do their work well, to be successful and to keep their companies competitive, leaders and workers on the front lines need to stick their necks out a mile every day. They have to deliver risky, edgy, breakthrough ideas, plans, presentations, advice, technology, products, leadership, bills and more. And they have to deliver all this fearlessly—without any fear whatsoever of failure, rejection or punishment.”

Reaching Your Potential

The same holds true for personal quests, whether in overcoming some specific challenge or reaching your full potential in all aspects of life. To achieve your personal best, to reach unparalleled heights, to make the impossible possible, you can’t fear failure, you must think big, and you have to push yourself.

When we think of people with this mindset, we imagine the daredevils, the pioneers, the inventors, the explorers: They embrace failure as a necessary step to unprecedented success.

But you don’t have to walk a tightrope, climb Mount Everest or cure polio to employ this mindset in your own life. When the rewards of success are great, embracing possible failure is key to taking on a variety of challenges, whether you’re reinventing yourself by starting a new business or allowing yourself to trust another person to build a deeper relationship.

“To achieve any worthy goal, you must take risks,” says writer and speaker John C. Maxwell. In his book Failing Forward: Turning Mistakes into Stepping Stones for Success, he points to the example of legendary aviator Amelia Earhart, who set several records and achieved many firsts in her lifetime, including being the first female pilot to fly solo over the Atlantic Ocean. Although her final flight proved fateful, Maxwell believes she knew the risk—and that the potential reward was worth it. “[Earhart’s] advice when it came to risk was simple and direct: ‘Decide whether or not the goal is worth the risks involved. If it is, stop worrying.’ ”

Of course, the risks you take should be calculated; you shouldn’t fly blindly into the night and simply hope for the best. Achieving the goal or at least waging a heroic effort requires preparation, practice and some awareness of your skills and talents.

Easing Into a Fearless Mindset

“One of the biggest secrets to success is operating inside your strength zone but outside of your comfort zone,” Heath says. Although you might fail incredibly, you might succeed incredibly—and that’s why incredible risk and courage are requisite. Either way, you’ll learn more than ever about your strengths, talents and resolve, and you’ll strengthen your will for the next challenge.

If this sounds like dangerous territory, it can be. But there are ways to ease into this fearless mindset. The first is to consciously maintain a positive attitude so that, no matter what you encounter, you’ll be able to see the lessons of the experience and continue to push forward.

“It’s true that not everyone is positive by nature,” says Maxwell, who cites his father as someone who would describe himself as a negative person by nature. “Here’s how my dad changed his attitude. First he made a choice: He continually chooses to have a positive attitude. Second, he’s continually reading and listening to materials that bolster that attitude. For example, he’s read The Power of Positive Thinking many times. I didn’t get it at first, so once I asked him why. His response: ‘Son, I need to keep filling the tank so I can stay positive.’ ”

Heath recommends studying the failures and subsequent reactions of successful people and, within a business context, repeating such histories for others. “Reward them and applaud their efforts in front of the entire organization so everyone understands it is OK to fail. So employees say to themselves, ‘I see that Bill, the vice president of widgets, who the president adores, failed, and he is not only back at work, but he is driving a hot new sports car. I can fail and come to work the next day. Bill is proof of it.’ ”

Finally, Heath stays motivated by the thought that, “if I become complacent and don’t take risks, someone will notice what I am doing and improve upon my efforts over time, and put me out of work. You’ve got to keep finding better ways to run your life, or someone will take what you’ve accomplished, improve upon it, and be very pleased with the results. Keep moving forward or die.”

7 Ways To Wake Up Motivated!

wakeup_zpsddcfb245.jpg

If you have trouble waking up in the morning with motivation, you are not alone. From the research that I do and the number of people I speak with, this is a very common occurrence. I myself dealt with this issue which lingered on for years. I would go to bed guaranteeing to myself that I would wake up with all the motivation in the world, ready to tackle anything in front of me, only to have all of it completely forgotten in the morning. It’s quite frustrating, to say the least! There are simple things that you can do that will help ensure that you wake up with the proper level of motivation to get you to have a productive, successful day. Here is my personal list of things that do just that:

Get out of bed immediately

Arguably, the worst thing you can do to your motivation in the morning is to stay lying in your comfortable bed. You will try to debate with yourself, whether you should get up or stay a little longer. Guess which side usually wins? How do you get yourself out of bed immediately? My trick was to put my annoying alarm clock in another room. I had no choice but to get up and look for it to turn it off. So I was immediately out of bed. I hear now they make alarms that bounce around so that you have to get up to catch it…I think that’s pretty clever too! Getting out of bed asap is the #1 priority if you want to wake up motivated. It’s the foundation, without that, everything else fails.

Drink a large glass of water

Once you are out of bed, you should drink water as soon as possible. You body becomes quite dehydrated during sleep, and this lack of water in your system causes you to feel fatigue when you wake up. Drink some water, and guaranteed you will feel better and immediately more lucid and motivated. I always keep a full glass of water in my room before bedtime, so once I am done running around to shut my alarm off, my glass of water is ready for me

Stretching

I remember many years ago, I had a personal trainer that told me that if you stretch for 5-10 min. every morning, guaranteed you will have a much better day. For some reason, this always stuck with me, and I truly believe that it does wonder for motivation in the morning. When I say stretching, I don’t mean the quick stretch you do when you get out of bed. I mean, do full stretches of your arms, legs, neck, everything. Stretching increases circulation of the blood to various parts of your body, which is very important in the morning, since your system was inert for many hours. This increase in circulation increases energy levels, and energy is crucial to motivation. This 5-10 minutes of stretching in the morning can really make a difference as to what type of day you will have.

Glance at your goals

As I mentioned above, one of my biggest problems in the morning was the fact that I had forgotten all the motivation and all the things I was pumped up to do with my day once I got up. It was as if I had a case of amnesia and that within the span of sleep, everything that I was so excited about had disappeared. My way to resolving this issue was to keep a list of my goals next to my bed. I have my goals for the day, as well as my long term goals. This helps remind me what I have to get done and why it’s important to get it done. A visualization board can also be very useful. This is where you create a montage of all the things you want in your life on some type of board that you keep around your home. Looking at this right away in the morning is a wonderful method to get the right amount of motivation that you need to jumpstart your day.

Psyche yourself up

Many years ago I worked in sales and within two months I had become the #1 salesperson in the company. Although I was a newbie, I was more motivated than anyone and it paid off big time. One of my tricks was that I had the ability to psyche myself up so much as I was getting ready in the morning, that by the time I had arrived for work, I was on fire. I couldn’t be stopped. Instead of saying to yourself how it would be better if you could just go back to bed or that you just don’t feel like doing anything, learn the habit of having constructive self talk. Build yourself up. If you need a boost, use self help tapes. Those are always great to listen to and the morning is ideal to get that motivation going. You can put it on as you get ready, even listen to it as you stretch for example.

Music

Listening to your favorite music in the morning can help put you in a good mood, which will then increase your energy and your motivation. I know I find it very boring in the morning if it’s all quiet. Feeling bored makes you want to go back to sleep! Music helps tremendously in creating an atmosphere that is more fun and more upbeat, which is required to get that motivation in the morning. You can set your alarm to play your favorite song, there are programs that easily do so available on the web, and the easiest way is probably to use your cellphone to play your favorite tune as your alarm ring tone. If you want some fun songs that can really help motivate you in the morning, check out this article I wrote recently: 10 Cool & Unique Songs To Wake Up To

Remember that one Desire

What is that one thing that you want in your life? What is it that you absolutely desire? Waking up with that one thought in your mind can provide you with the motivation to move mountains! We all have that one “want” that is the driving force behind everything that we do. Having this in your mind first thing in the morning can make the difference between a lackluster day and a day where you completed everything that you set out to do. This desire should never leave you. It should be with you at all times, and particularly as you get out of bed. This desire should be so grand and so spectacular that it overrides every negative or non-productive thought that may cross your mind in the morning. Think about your one desire and make it the first thought that pops into your head as you open your eyes in the morning, and watch your motivation skyrocket

Cara Menangani Stress

stress_zps39293b47.jpg

(a) Menghiasi diri dengan sifat pemaaf

(b) Mengelakkan Diri Dari Faktor-faktor Yang Menimbulkan Stress

Kita hendaklah mengenali diri kita terlebih dahulu.
