pd permulaan saye target 2800sqft saje tapi agak kecik utk tanah lot banglo 9000sqft..so hasilnye saye request kt die suh buat dlm range 4000sqft banglo 2 tingkat..
roughly bajet saye kire amek purata harge kontraktor buat..
4000sqft x rm130 = rm520,000
wah mahalnye..lari dr bajet saye rm400k..
ok skang saye amek average keuntungan pemaju dlm post saye sblm ni (40% tapi saye target sket je dlm 30%)
roughly estimate cost = rm520k
30% target save cost = rm520k x 30% = rm156k
actual cost = rm520k - rm156k = rm364k
bajet/loan rm400k - rm364k = rm36k
balance loan = rm36k (bleh wat interior, kos elektrik, kos piping)
