ICT Information Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:
- To provide day-to-day operations of central computing resources
- To develop and maintain systems standards, policies and securities
- Dealing with systems resource planning, systems performance tuning and
preventive maintenance
- To provide maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate-wide network
- Dealing with network applications to troubleshoot network problems,
optimizing network and LAN maintenance

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with MCSE/CCNA or other certifications
- Good knowledge in Linux/Windows/SQL Server and Backup Software
- Responsible for the LAN/WAN within the organization
- Write and control documentation in relation to the activities performed
- Able to communicate effectively, good team player with excellence user
relationship skills
- Able to prioritise own duties and work unsupervised


ICT Operation Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

- To provide maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate-wide computing
resources
- To handle problem management and change management
- Maintain appropriate security and authorizations
- Maintains system level operational documentation

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Service Desk, Application and Network Management, Windows
Server and Active Directory Service
- Experience in help-desk support environment
- Able to communicate effectively, good team player with excellence user
relationship skills
- Able to prioritise own duties and work unsupervised

ICT Information Infrastructure Technician

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the LAN/WAN within the organization;
- Maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting of PCs, servers and other networks
equipment
- To provide system support on Windows computer systems, and network equipment

- Adequately trained with the required expertise and relevant experience
- Assist in the execution of jobs assigned by superior or PC & Network Support
in relation to IT/Technical issues.
- Write and control documentation in relation to the activities performed.
- To support other application when required.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Computer Science or
equivalent
- Required skill(s): LAN, WAN, MICROSOFT, LCD Projector, PC Hardware, PC
Software and PC Accessories
- Preferably skill(s): MS Office, MS Publisher
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be able to interact with people from all levels
