Assalamu'alaikum rakan2 sekalian. Seperti tajuk di atas, simptom yang aku hadapi sekarang adalah jantung aku berdebar laju ada kalanya hingga membuat ku terbatuk-batuk kecil. jantung berdebar laju ni dia datang secara tiba-tiba dan akan hilang sekejap lepas tu datang pulak. kadang2 sedang rilex kat kerusi tengah menaip komputer, tiba2 saja jantung berdebar laju. Aku juga seorang yang tidak merokok dan aktif bersukan. rasa kebas2 disebelah bahu dan dada kiri juga berlaku. Apakah simptom tersebut dan apakah makanan yang boleh setel masalah tersebut? umur ku 30 an.

- Rajin senaman ringan 30 min sehari
- jaga waktu makan
- makan yg sihat2, kurang lemak, kurang gula, minyak2 gorengan
- minum panas atau suam je, no ice

Cuba ubah gaya hidup 2-3 bulan.
Insyallah ada rasa perubahan sikit

Buat full medikal cekup, cek darah, air kencing, xray, darah tinggi etc.

yg ni jgn terbawa2. jgn terlalu duk fikir sgt.

apa kata gi buat ecg, apa2 yg berkaitan utk hilangkn kerungsingan tersebut.
kalu tkde apa2, blh 'kill' kerungsingan tu.
biasanya ada kaitan dgn perut seperti rakan2 kita beritau kat atas.

buat masa ni saya sihat sejahtera....nak update buat apa....nanti kalau ada pening2...sakit perut.....masuk angin...keracunan makanan..demam/batuk/selsema...masuk wad...kena jumpa doktor dsb

*tt pun boleh update sekali...

*saya hanya gunakkan MSK tiada supplement lain.. 👍
