Requirement :
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related fields; or
Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Know how to provide onsite support for workstations, hardware and software issues
Must be positive, hardworking and Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English
Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to be teamed up with colleagues to perform IT systems support functions
Responsible for the coordination and establishment of security structures that protect Company’s data and information networks.
Administration of server, network, storage and software.
Planning, implementation and maintenance of the companies’ serves, storage and software to meet organisation’s current and future requirements.
Task:
Provide technical support for user regarding IT related issues including setup and maintenance of PC hardware and software
