Terlalu general masalah ko... Mungkin line internet ko bermasalah... Mungkin juge line streamyx ko kene potong sebab tak bayar bil.... camtu la jadik internet explorernye... )

Okey, utk memastikan yg pc ko tu memang boleh access internet, ape kata ko masuk command prompt, pastu taip code nih:

ping www.google.com

tengok ade reply tak... kalo tader reply, ko sepatutnye tau kat mane nak troubleshoot...

baru2 nie memner aku ader kena camni gak...dia anta kat kedai tp x solve jugak..masa amik laptop tu kedai tue cuma dwloadkan firefox dan suruh guna firefox..ie smpai skang still xleh guna..apa punya kedai ler...

klu tt ping semua web blh..e2 ie yg problem..jadi fix ie tuh..kendian upgrade..pastu tick setting yg mane berkenan

Uninstall, then install balik IE tu... dekat add/remove program tu, ko click kat add/remove windows component... wat kat situ...
