1. DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER
Responsibilities :
- As the first level support for IT related issue.
- Attend to customer to resolve their IT related issue
- Coordinate with the vendor for warranty reimbursement
- Escalate and Follow up with the second level support when comes to complicated issue
- Assist user to relocate the workstation, if require
- Provide the consistent update on the job performed
- whenever require, support the user remotely via the remote Assist tools
Requirement :
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Primary skillsets : Windows XP, Vista, MS office, Customer handling skill, PC hardware, PC diagnostic.
- Secondary skillsets required: C++ scripting, Software packaging.
Qualification :
- Minimum degree in IT
2.BUSINESS ANALYST
Responsibilities :
- Collect and document business requirements
- Participate in the reengineering of business processes
- Analyze business requirements for gap analysis with current IT solutions
- Control project budget and target dates by managing requirements, scope and estimations
- Propose high-level business, technical or data solutions to meet business requirements
- Certification of test cases taking requirements and business processes into account
- Oversight of functional specifications, logical design, interface design, test plans/scripts, etc.
- Development of user training requirements
- Business process training
- Final certification of test results
- Production implementation approval based on deliverables completion, timing, business change, etc.
- Coordination of business sign-off of requirements, design, testing
- Effectively manage hand-offs and touch points between resource organizations
- Scoping, requirements definition, and researching options for elective enhancements.
- Work closely with project team to ensure requirements and quality expectations are met
- Collaborate with business analysts and service provider on processes and best practices
- Complete necessary analysis activities for rollouts (including, but not limited to, define how the process model fits with current business practices, master data collection, and coordinate activities and readiness with key business users)
Requirement :
- 4 or more years of IT professional experience
- 2 or more years of business analysis on IT projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with a Computer Science minor, or major in Computer Science/MIS, or equivalent experience considered
- Strong ERP Knowledge in JD Edwards Financials and Distribution
- Demonstrated success in documenting requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions
- Strong understanding and utilization of systems development life cycle
- Demonstrate understanding of business and technology processes and stay current with both
- Strong business acumen, with demonstrated ability to think strategically.
- Demonstrated success in executing multiple projects concurrently
- Drive and passion for quality solutions and results that meet business needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to communicate business and technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to engage and partner with all levels of organization.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team of individuals, including coaching and development
- Demonstrated success in working with virtual and distributed teams
- Ability to travel as required by organization/project

- Able to conduct inteviews, organise materials, structure the documents, develop the content with the help/info provided by the SMEs -Flexible in working time (to work with people in different locations - AU, US, MY, CN)
Requirement :
- Min 5 years experience in related field. Experience in Business Process Solution Architect Apply Knowledge of Solutions Portfolio & Business Process Solution Architect Apply Knowledge of Company Organization. Preferable those candidate who has TEM (Telecom Expense Management) background.
- Good command in English (spoken & written)
Qualification :
- Minimum degree in IT
- PMP Certification
