How to keep patience alive?

Convinced patience drives a person forward but I am seeing no advancement in my trading that is causing me to lose my patience level. Can you please suggest me anything?

I agree with you. But to gradually improve the quality of our trading, we need not just to stop it after unsuccessful trades, but to analyze our mistakes and find their causes so that we can adjust our trading strategy for better performance in the future. In this way, we gradually improve our trading and get upset less.
