Come 2014 and Honda fans will be in for a treat with the all-new generation model of the City. The highly anticipated 2014 model will make its debut on November 25, 2013 before joining Honda India’s existing lineup early next year.

Not much about the 2014 City is out though it’s being said that the car is based on the 2014 Jazz/Fit which will also go on sale in India next year. The talking point, however, is the fact that the all-new City will also be available with a diesel engine which is expected to take the sales figures of the popular C-segment sedan to new heights. Expect Honda India to plonk in the same 1.5-litre i-DTEC unit that powers the Amaze albeit in a higher state of tune and with better refinement levels.
