This is the title from an article in today"s UK Telegraph, a paper that has, daily, kept us apprised of how bad the housing and other sectors of the UK economy are becoming. Today, The Telegraph cited figures gleaned from UK"s largest mortgage lender Halifax, which showed prices dropped 2% last month, following a 2.5% slide in May. Halifax claim that the "scale of the crash now rivals the falls in UK home values in the 1930s." The article then quotes Alex Vitillo, of Fathom Consulting who said that their "modeling work suggests that nominal house prices could fall by another 15% to 20% from here" and speculated that larger falls were possible.

UK pun dah nak jadi macam US dah.
