can someone explain why this is happening....it happened 2 times today...it happened yesterday too....and i can't trade...there is no problem with my internet connection....and there is no problem with demo too....so why?

Go to connection meta4 trader, left click on bar status then choose "FXOPEN trading server".

* Connection meta4 bar u can find at the bottom right side at meta4.

Info for u --->

This is the server connection marker. Upper part of the marker is for the direct connection to the server. The lower part shows that you are connected through a Data Center.

If it is fully red, it means there is no connection with the selected server.
If it is green/red, this means the direct connection to the server.
If it is green/blue, this means that you use a Data Center.

If this marker is spotty in color, this means that the connection is not very good (this may cause that one quote reaches you, but another one does not).

cuba baca balik, semua info dah bagi ....
tak munasabah kalau semua server anda cuba freeze, tapi tetiba boleh jalan... :-?
cuba baca keterangan daripada metaquotes tu ... fahamkan, ini untuk kesenangan anda juga pada masa2x akan datang tak kira dimana anda trade nanti dengan broker mana sekalipun.

tak munasabah kalau semua server anda cuba freeze, tapi tetiba boleh jalan... :-?
cuba baca keterangan daripada metaquotes tu ... fahamkan, ini untuk kesenangan anda juga pada masa2x akan datang tak kira dimana anda trade nanti dengan broker mana sekalipun.

bukan apa bro, untuk malaysia client cuma fxopen Trading server bolh digunakan untuk micro account. Yang lain tu untuk Arab saudi client n hongkong client.
Kalau standard account mmg takder masalah.
