hi.. i heard from FXOpen customer that this broker got several spikes..also they claimed your chart is not same with others broker's chart.. if MC caused by the spikes, no refund will be given but if profit caused by the spikes then the profit will be deducted.. can u give explanation on this? Im actually looking for a broker and yours seems fit my criteria the most except for the spikes thing..

There were some spikes in the past, but instead of staying with the same quotes provider, we changed to one that doesn't have any spikes and introduced spike protection in our servers to protect our clients from incorrect quotes. You have several deposit options. If you choose the wire transfer, you can use any bank to deposit.
Personally I prefer Liberty Reserve which allows me to deposit money by sending it to a local bank with much smaller transfer fee and faster than with the international bank transfer righ into my Liberty Reserve account. From there I can instantly transfer money to the trading account - quick and easy.

This is not correct information. If the spike happened due to our fault both orders will be canceled (profitable and lose). In most of the cases people are contacting us to fix lose orders only.
