- Commission payment L1, L2 & L3 that lower than 100 USD will be accumulated until next contract delivery payment.
- Only ONE account is allowed to register for each trader who trading with FBC.
For multiple accounts and contracts that owned by a trader,
FBC reserved the right to delete the account or cancel the contracts effective immediately from 25th July 2013.
The purposes of the precaution is to protect the benefits of trader and to prevent the FBC system from any unexpected fatal.
- For unpaid payment inquiry please send your Username and Delivery Date to +6010-5433025 (SMS ONLY) during business day from 9am to 5pm.
Kindly note that questions other than unpaid payment will not be entertained.
- Please note that the payment existed technical error at 24-25/10/2013 will be started to settle from 2/11/2013 onward.

Warning: Kindly note that all traders are not allowed to comment, promote, advertise or make any statement on Facebook regarding FBC.
For trader that damaging the reputation, enlarge the issue or problem, disseminate negative statement about FBC, FBC reserved the right to terminate the account and forfeit the contract payment if trader violate to the rule mentioned above.
