Interview with Forex.ee CEO Vlad Karpejev

- Vlad, last year, your company was celebrating its 10 year anniversary. It is a substantial period of time for the Forex industry. How do you manage to keep Forex.ee constantly developing while assuring the company’s financial stability and reputation?

Thank you for the question. Firstly, we have an experienced team that is tried and true. Secondly, for me, as well as for members of our team the main focus point is the fair and rightful attitude towards clients. We concentrate on meeting the requests and needs of our customers and, when possible, willing to go an extra mile to meet their expectations. Certainly, disputable situations can take place every now and then, but we always do our best to find the middle ground and come to an agreement.

- Tell us about the development of Forex.ee over the years and the company’s mission.

The company was established as one of our team’s projects in 2004. Initially, we offered our services in Estonia, being a prominent market participant and actively applying our marketing policy. After a few years of such work, we started planning the company’s global branch out with the resources already available to us. More than three years ago, we entered the new stage of Forex.ee growth when our brokerage services became available internationally.
The company’s mission is providing the best trading conditions to the customers on the basis of most up-to-date brokerage technologies – ECN environment, location of trading servers in Equinix NY4 data center, and individual co-operation terms with leading liquidity providers.

- Today, Forex.ee is an established European ECN broker. Bearing in mind the current trends of Forex industry, what relevant innovations do you introduce to your customers?

Firstly, it is improvement and maintenance of the trading terms with regards to tight spreads and execution accuracy. This is why our team is constantly testing out new liquidity providers, enhances the software performance and advances the work of our hardware.

Secondly, it is the launch of PAMM service for our clientele. We have got traders who perform consistently-positive in terms of financial results mostly using EA. I am convinced that PAMM service launch will be a powerful incitement for Forex.ee future development.

- While it is clear that European registration is another evidence of brand’s reliability, what else sets Forex.ee apart from its competitors?

I can proudly point out that Forex.ee is among top-five ECN/STP brokers with tightest spreads and lowest commissions in the Forex market.
In addition, it is worth noting that our customers are free to use One Click Trading Plugin (OCT) for MT4 trading platform. By using the plugin one can see an approximate volume available for order execution at the best price. Moreover, OCT makes it possible to perform trading in just one click, which is really convenient when quick reaction to real-time market moves is needed. Every client can download the plugin from the website, install and use it free of charge.
Many traders will also find useful the mechanism of slippage control. This function automatically cancels execution of a market order if current market conditions do not allow it to be processed at the exact price or a price close to the one requested.

- What trading accounts do you offer and how do they differ?

The main account types are STP and ECN. There are 49 currency pairs available for operations on these accounts together with trading silver and gold.
STP accounts would be mostly of interest among traders with rather small deposit sizes and modest trading volumes. The minimum deposit is just $100 with minimum volume of 0,01 lot. Even the most careful clients can take advantage of such conditions for low-risk trading.
ECN accounts require a minimum deposit of $200 and the trade volume is from 0,1 lot. Our ECN accounts would suit the needs of experienced traders interested in better spreads and lower commissions. Furthermore, there are three levels of commission depending on the deposit size.
In addition, we also provide the innovative Crypto-accounts for trading Crypto currency pairs. These accounts are particularly interesting to the customers seeking to diversify their trading activity and looking for new markets to implement their trading ideas.

- What category of traders will find Forex.ee trading conditions the most attracting and beneficial?

I presume the company appeals to clients with substantial deposit sizes due to considerably lower commissions. Customers with big daily turnovers are welcome to negotiate mutual agreed conditions and we welcome scalping strategies without any limitations.
