mula2 pegi Start>Control Panel> Offline Files ( then click "disable offline files")

Lepas tu ko pergi site ini http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/69837-new-folder.html

pastu download NewFolderFix.reg file

Tekan Yes bila dia tanya "continue to put the file into your registry"

Lepas dah buat semua di atas, restart pc

lepas scan try rename semula folder 2..

hmm...first maybe korang xde adminstrator right...sebab tu xleh rename folder secondly..virus dah ubah setting pc korang..third folder nye process dah dihijack ke dalam process ..gune unlocker untuk unlock...and last ..maybe ada system problem..try format...cara terakhir..if kalo xleh gak..2 sebab ...virus dok kat boot sector atau hardware problem..xtau nak cakap apa lagi kalo xleh gak nak adjust...XD
