News February 2022 Android security patch rolling out now to Pixel phones

It looks like the Pixel 6 is actually included this time.

The February 2022 Android security patch is here! If you own a recent Google Pixel smartphone, you can perform a software update check now in System Settings to grab it. You can also update manually or simply wait for the OTA notification.


This fix includes a number of bug fixes and feature tweaks. Over at the Pixel Phone help site, you can see the various fixes, with the most notable being a camera bug that spontaneously caused reboots.
