ptg td ada dpt reply berkenaan dengan status cmna kalau hanya float negatif tapi tak stopout. Selalunya tak dpt claim. ni jawapan diaorg

1. If the client got negative financial result because our trading server was unavailable due to the technical problem, he can send us his complaint. The specialist will check the situation, and recalculate the result, if possible.
The client can send this complaint in 2 ways: he can create a ticket in his Personal Area (on the tab "Feedback") or send an email to [email protected].
In both cases he should inform us about his trading account number, the numbers of orders and attach the terminal logs. It's better to explain the problem in details.

adess. berdasarkan jawapan mcm kena terang dengan lebih mendalam )) tapi adakah pavel tetap akan proses jugak walaupun dlm floating negative.
