We remind that it was CRFIN who in October last year signed a contract with the Federal Service for Financial Markets to carry out a scientific research on the following subject: “Development of guidelines for dissemination of government control of the services market for Forex brokers and other presently unregulated sectors of the non-bank financial market”. Thus, real work began as regards the development and implementation of a legal framework to regulate trade within the foreign exchange market in the Russian Federation.
