Igor Lychagov has a degree in economics and has completed studies in an MBA program (2006). A Forex trader since 2000, Lychagov created the business project and concept for EXNESS in 2008. He is a company owner and represents EXNESS internationally, in addition to developing the company’s strategic plans.

Eduard Latyshev has a degree in engineering and has been with EXNESS since its founding in 2008. In charge of client services until July 2010, today Latyshev is in charge of day-to-day management of the company, designs business processes and develops corporate standards.

Pavel Krasnov, IT Director , [email protected]
A Forex trader since 2000, Pavel Krasnov has a degree in engineering and has been with EXNESS since its founding in 2008. Krasnov oversees the development and support of EXNESS server software and designs unique new technologies for EXNESS servers. Our clients enjoy the best trading conditions thanks to his hard work.

Anna Dudnyak, Finance Director , [email protected]
Anna Dudnyak has a degree in economics and joined EXNESS in June 2009. She is responsible for overseeing the Company’s finances and managing its relationships with international financial organizations. Dudnyak also makes sure that client withdrawals are running smoothly.

An IT-engineer by profession, in 2007-2008 Victor Masalov completed the Presidential management course and joined EXNESS in July 2010. Masalov is responsible for promoting EXNESS internationally and overseeing the Company’s partnership network.

Olga Bykova has joined the Company in 2010. She had been dealing with complicated situations with clients and in the March of 2011 Olga was appointed as the Client Services Director.

A linguist by training, Michael Levin has been with EXNESS since its founding in 2008. Levin oversees the Company’s international operations and provides consultations to the Company’s specialists in a number of diverse areas.

Yulia Lebedeva has degrees in economics and psychology and has been with EXNESS since December 2009. Before joining the Company she co-founded World Staff, an international staffing agency. At EXNESS Lebedeva oversees hiring and evaluations, corporate culture and advanced training opportunities for employees.

Igor Kapelevich has a degree in economics and has been with EXNESS since its founding in 2008. Kapelevich monitors the EXNESS servers and all of the Company’s technical services. He makes decisions about hedging total positions and specific transactions and handles any client complaints about order execution.
