* If you have lost your key password you should :
log in your personal area on the EXNESS website,
go to “Feedback” form,
there you should write:
>>> your name,
>>> surname,
>>> phone password,
>>> information of your having lost keyfile password.
Also you should write that you want to change your security type to SMS.
If you have already sent us copy of your passport or ID , so the Security Department of EXNESS will check the information in the feedback form and in the case if everything is good your security type will be changed automatically.
The whole information about it you will receive on your account’s e-mail. If you have not sent copy of your passport or ID, you will be sent an e-mail with proposal to send it.
