I have read your support and concerns and have had some discussion with Wolfie on this matter and because we do not use an automated withdrawal process, and it is all done manually, I must stop some of these senseless withdrawal request.

Our minimal deposit requirement is $25.00 and therefore:

1. Minimum withdrawal effective immediately = $25.00;

2. E-bullion request without e-bullion numbers will be kicked back immediately to account balance

3. Wire requests must have:
a. Name, address and postal code of bank
b. Iban number/ or swift number/ or ABA number/ or BIC number/ or any combination to help identify where the money is being sent.
c. Name, address, postal code, and account number of the recipient.
d. All wires will be charged the appropriate fee and be deducted from your withdrawal request.
e. request not containing this information will be kicked back

4. BOA direct deposit withdrawals must have;
a. Name, address, postal code, and account number of recipient
b. Name, address, postal code, and routing number of bank
c. request not containing this information will be kicked back
