Papia, I had difficult time using Autochartist system, as the terminal was getting too heavy and it was impossible to really do scalping smoothly, it might not be bad for long term trading, but with scalping it’s extremely tough. However, I have now switched to cTrader platform with OctaFX and it seems to be working fine now, but with Mt4, it’s causing all sorts of issues, so are you facing any such trouble especially with this Mt4 platform? If yes then do let me know about it.

Hi Trevor, I have heard that cTrader platform is no good? Also, I saw people have issues with Octafx, so is all that true? I am using Mt4 which seems better platform.

That’s unfair way to judge any broker mate; I believe you should test things first before believing in such rumors, as they are just rumors. I don’t think there is any reality in that since I have been working with OctaFX for past 3 years, I never had any issue with anything at all. In fact, I have received all the payment throughout my career with them instantly and it’s with 100 to 2k points, so that’s fair amount and cTrader is one of the finest platform I have ever used especially for scalping!

Whatever way we prefer to go ahead, it should be done entirely with confidence, I won’t say that we shouldn’t be doing it through signals, but if we select that then we need to do it with common sense. I trade with OctaFX broker and there I get plenty of support using their daily market updates while they also have monitoring system on the web which helps me stay aware of the happening which automatically puts me in right bar for performance.

A broker is not meant to help you profit or support you so that you will profit. This goes for ANY broker. The Autochartist system is used by brokers because it gives traders the illusion that this helps them profit. It doesn't take long until you realize the Autochartist system is not really helping you make any money at all.

The reason why I created a thread on ddmarkets signals because these guys are independent and don't ask you to open an account with certain brokers to get their signals. That means if they are bad they will lose money. If you are not a new forex trader look through their signals performance and see if it is for you, you can read the strategy for every signal they gave.

Since they predicted the US elections it has been a slow month, not their best but not their worst. This is how they predicted the US elections, most of the profit was made in the Dow Jones CFD:

Im just updating on ddmarkets forex signals. Since the US elections they didnt quite make any profit worth mentioning. Their signals were in 20 - 50 pips profit but didnt make it to the take profit and hit the stops. There are 4 open trades now, only 1 signal has the stop at the entry. From the updates Ive been getting they are going to trade the referendum in italy by rolling trades over the weekend.

Since the US elections there werent any good profits until today. One trade is in +220 pips, one trade is in +30 pips, one trade is in +50 pips and one trade (new one) is in +25 pips so far. If you joined ddmarkets recently you are lucky because you didnt take the losses from before.
