Job : CUSTOMER SERVICE (DIGITAL PRINTING)
Location: Taman Melawati
Salary : RM2200 - RM2600
MUST HAVE
-Diploma in Graphic / Art / Design / Multi Media
-At least 1 year of working experience in graphic design
-Good customer service skills
-MUST possess expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
-Candidates with sufficient experience may be offered a senior or managerial position
-Fluency in Mandarin is a must*
OTHERS/ADVANTAGES
-Possess hands-on, precise and proactive attitude, excellent time management
-A positive individual who is a reliable and dedicated team player
-Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Print design: Understand the production work process in order to provide accurate support on artwork template
-Computer skills: well-versed in knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and inDesign
-Troubleshooting: Operating/troubleshooting and maintaining digital print devices and digital bindery equipment*
-Customer service: clearly presenting print information and interacting with customer service and production to clarify and confirm on job requirement
-Time management: multitasking and fulfilling print orders in an organized process
