-This is a multinational wellness company
-Working location is in Bangsar area 9Next to LRT station)
-Working hour is from 10AM to 7PM
-5 working days with 2 off days (Every Sunday is an off day and another day is on rotation)
-Salary package is up to RM3200 (Negotiable based on your working experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Handle both inbound and outbound calls from clients
-Manage enquiries from customer
-Perform follow up on clients request
-Handle call reports on daily and weekly basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-SPM, Diploma or Degree qualification
-Preferable 1 year of working experience in customer service
-Speaks good Mandarin, Malay and English
-Has experience with call centre
-Looking for candidates with Good working attitude, people oriented and mature attiude
