Jobscope:

Handle complaints and enquiries from customers & provide product support/advice to customers
To provide excellent customer service via good phone etiquette and maintain a high level of service and professionalism at all times
General Technical troubleshooting on IT/Electrical products r relevant Helpdesk experience
Escalation of technical queries to 2nd level Support
Perform escalations on all customer services/product feedback


Requirements:

Min SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree
1-3 yrs helpdesk experience, fresh grads are welcomed
Language proficiency in English and Malay/Chinese
Malaysians only
3 Contract positions available
Base salary+Allowances
Must be able to start work on a short notice.
