9. MODE OF PAYMENT
a) Product Booking/Deposit: One Percent of Purchase Order.
b) Full balance by Bank Documentary: Bank Draft/ Letter of Credit or Standby Letter of
Credit (SBLC)
10. TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) Full Corporate Offer and Draft Contract to initiate the Agreement will only be issued
upon acknowledging and signing this Offer/ Quote letter.
b) All documentation pertaining to the sales/booking, commodity availability, shipping
dates, export license will only be issued within Ten (10) working days or whichever comes
first AFTER payment of Product
Booking and also verification and authentication of buyer’s Bank Documentary Letter of
Credit (LC).
c) Upon signing the Memorandum of Agreement, Buyer to issue and submit to Seller the LC
within Five (5) working days, failing to do so the Agreement is considered Null and Void.
Any initial/deposit or any payment received is NOT transferable to any other work load or
assignment. Any cancellation or termination of contract due to any delay after preparing
documentations and order submission will be dealt with 50% penalty being a non-performance.
d) Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is subjected to the final details/ Invoices or of sales
contract. Goods payable by Bank documentary Letter of Credit issued must be (Transferable,
Divertible, Revocable, Negotiable and Confirm to cover 100% of the Purchase Price.)
