1)setiap tahun +-5 org staff akan ditaja buat umrah
2)staff yg nak kahwin (1st time) akan dapat rm2k
3)sesekali dibulan ramadhan setiap staff diminta berikan 3 keluarga saudara @ org sekampung yg susah utk bg zakat...average dlm rm150/sekeluarga
4)ada khirat kematian utk staff@keluarga
5)zakat pendapatan terus dipotong dari gaji
6)duit raya dari bos2 (berbeza dari bonus)
