Here is the range of bonus for the following company: [Updated on 23 Mar 2008]
Canon - 4.5 months bonusCarrier Malaysia - Contractual (majority)= 0 bonus, Managerial & Sales Engineer = depends.
CSA - No Bonus
Dell - zero to 1 month bonus
DHL - 2 months bonus
Digi - 2 to 4 months bonus
Entellium - No bonus
Epson - 3 months bonus
Exact software - No bonus
Exxon Mobil - 2 months fixed bonus (support departments, not sure about others)
Freescale - 1.5 months contractual plus performance 1-2 months
Great Eastern - clerical and executive ~ 2 months contractual + 1 to 4 months bonus, management ~ 1 month contractual + 1 to 4 months
HSBC (HDPM, HSBC Data Processing Malaysia) - 1 to 3 months performance bonus depends on rating
IBM - 1-2 months (including contractual)
Ivisgroup - 1 month contractual bonus, 2.5 months performance bonus
Magnum - 3-4 months
Maxis - ??? to 7 months bonus
MBF Cards - 2.8 - 4 months bonus (2008), 2.5 - 3+ months (2007)
Mesiniaga - No Bonus
OSK - 3 to 6 months bonus
Perodua - Around 6 months bonus
Petronas - 6 month + 1 month merit + loyalty bonus = 8 month
Prudential - 2 months contractual
Public Mutual (damansara) - 2 time bonuses (Performance bonus and year end bonus up to 6 months)
Roche = No bonus, but u can choose to split your annual income into 14 months and receive 2 months "bonus" at the end of 12 months
SAP - 2 to 3 months bonus
Scope International - 2 to 3 months bonus
Silverlake - No bonus
Sony EMCS Bangi - Bonus 2 times per year: April & October. Around 2.5 months total.
Standard Chartered Bank - Average 2.5 bonus
Technip Geoproduction = 1month + appraisal +- 4month
Toyota - 4 to 6 months bonus
York - average 5.5 month bonus and got people get 12 months bonus
YTL Power Services - 2 to 3 months depends on appraisal review

payah la nak cakap sebab lain company lain pay dia.. company aku based pada performance. ada average rate. cth tak perform dapat la average rate atau sebulan gaji. kalu perform, so sebulan +rate of performance .. itu je.. dan average ni di nilai pulak dari performance dan benefit company.. let say tahun tu takde prob, takde accident, takde lossess, so average tu tinggi la..
