To follow up and execute the strategy planned by Top Management
Develop & coordinate broking for RHB Banking Groupdirect business expansion plan to increase distribution channels and broking business
Coordinate & supervise sales team to grow the Broking business
Focus on sales & business developments with marketing strategies, ideas and planning
Develop and coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns and competitions amongst sales team
Requirements:
Min 5 years of working experience in Insurance Industry
Good analytical skills
Good group cross selling synergy
