Here are the latest information on the card program which should answer most of your questions.

A. The program: PERMANENT shut down on 5th of January 2007.
All current card programs sponsored by CU-Connect and North York Community
Credit Union (our issuing financial institution) are being stopped
permanently. MasterCard has also decided to shut down all ATM withdrawals
and card loading as from the 5th of January 2007. Therefore, no withdrawal
or loading are permitted since 5th of January 2007.
A copy of the Initial Order and other materials filed with respect to the
CCAA proceeding is available on the website of KPMG Inc., the
Court-appointed monitor of CU-Connect, at www.kpmg.ca/cu-connect.


B. Refunding: Procedures to be set this week (as per Card One Plusinformation).
It seems that NYCCU will return all balances directly to the cardholders by
BANK WIRE or CHECKS. We will know more on the refunding procedure this week
and will post the news here as soon as we get them. Please do not provide
your bank details on our customer care service. The message will be deleted
as we will not be the company handling the refunds and their will be a clear
procedure set by NYCCU shortly who is the only entity allowed to refund as
they are a financial institution issuer of the card.


C. Egold: no refunding by egold.
No refunds will be done by egold by NYCCU or Blue Banking for card orders or
fund orders, so please do not request for it on our customer care service
nor give us your egold number for refunding. Your message will be left
unanswered as again, the refunding method and procedures are under the sole
choice and responsibility of NYCCU not Blue Banking.
