1 Blog regularly
2 backlinks
3 Posting comment bait
4 Getting some friends to post comment
5 Participating in comment exchanges
6 Using social media
7 Vary the length of your posts
8 Try to post at least two or three times a week
i think these are best tips and these all are very effective...
