Roles and Responsibility
- The Offshore Construction Superintendent shall be the CONTRACTOR's REPRESENTATIVE.
- Has overall responsibility for the operations of the barge and other vessels in the spread.
- He shall be responsible for the overall execution of CONTRACTOR's operation under the CONTRACT, particularly on the Safety, Project Management, QA/QC and contractual aspects and the welfare of CONTRACTOR's personnel.
- He shall liaise with the COMPANY on all matters pertaining to the WORK and shall ensure that the WORK is done in the most effective and safe manner.
Requirement
- A minimum of 15 years experience in offshore construction and minimum 5 years in similar capacity in offshore oil and gas upstream industry is essential.
- He must have a proven record in Project, Safety and Personnel Management.
- He shall be conversant with International, Marine, Malaysian, and Company legal and statutory regulations/specifications/codes and procedures.
