-Working experience in shopping mall management project, which mall's tenant capacity is over 300
-Managed both internal tenants and external stakeholders

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
-Plan and execute construction projects as well as ensure timely and cost-effective development/completion.
-Oversee and direct construction projects from design conception until completion
-Liaise with all the stakeholders such as contractors, sub-contractors, designers, tenants, procurement department, and local authorizers
