I lead a sedentary lifestyle (I am a copywriter), and because of this I have constant terrible back pain. Not long ago, I was at my doctor; he advised me to stop at work once an hour and do exercises. But another doctor (not my) also said that I need to get a bed pad for back pain.
I will do the exercises for sure, but I doubt about the pillow. Does anyone use something similar? Does this help you or is it just a simple layout?
