Some anonymous author from Iran opened an account on the name of the false person for executing orders on the basis of failures in the quotation system caused by increased market volatility.
Failures were very short in character and each failure continued for not more than 60 seconds, but this was enough for scammer to use several failures for making 8 000 USD from 100 USD.

Why did we pay attention to aras account?, because almost all his deals were based on usage of this failure in his own interests.
When you said that we don't allow traders to gain from failures and we take back their profit, I can tell you that in case Aras made one deal based on this failure we would not pay attention at this fact, but he used every spike, all his profit was based on these spikes.
I see that you are our client too, that is why I m trying to explain you our position. We value our clients and don't want to lose you but we have very strict attitude to such people like aras. I do think that he blackmails us in order to receive his money back, but he does it in vain cause we won't change our mind regarding this case.

1stly, i would to correct you about Aras. SHE, not HE. she already provide all of us here her logs file for a position she made. mostly is based on pending order. not an instant order. from your statement, seem you trying to told us that she know where and when a spike will happen in future so she place her pending order before that?

yes, i did read an agreement. and i print it from the 1st time i accept it. just in case there were any change made after that. and i found this, where miss Aras already provide an original logs file.

Client’s Log File – a file created by the client terminal, which records all requests and orders sent from Client to a Dealer, with one-second accuracy.

Server’s Log File – a file, created by server, which records all requests and orders received from Client to a Dealer, as well as the processing result, with one-second accuracy.

so i assume that you know a logs file is exist, so she not create that logs file by herself.

talking about an agreement all trader accept, can i take this opportunity to ask you to explain us about this two sub-chapter in that agreement.

8.3. The Client daily receives an e-mail with all reports concerning every operation on the trading account for the past 24 hours.

is that related to "Daily Statement" where we as a client should received daily?

Ok now, in instaforex we never had problems with deposit and withdrawal..especially in MALAYSIA so if insta still scam by tell of all newbie post we don have any word to say.. only the old member can judge it.

others 'broker' ..they can't withdraw, in insta there is no doubt for withdraw ,so could you tell me which broker more reliable?

FYI..sebelum berlaku kes aras lagi...sy yg susah berjinak hampir 4 thn di arena forex ni...sy sudah lama mendengar desas desus russian people always be like this...mereka akan tarik profit trader dgn pelbagai alasan if trader tu buat depo kecik,tp untung terlampau besar....menda ni sudah bertahun kedengaran(kalo x caya,leh try googlekan..tgk thn dipostkan)...dan inilah baru pertama kali kes ni sampai di depan mata korang semua di cg...dan sy sendiri pernah mengalami sekali pengalaman buruk bersama org russia ni..

tp setahu saya masalah broker lain tidak la se`worst` masalah insta....
mostly broker lain bermasalah berkenaan sengaja melembabkan server or memproblemkan server semasa market tgh in certain situation...and masalah2 susah nak tutop order manually atau tp dah hit,tp position x closed.....

masalah2 tu nampak mcm lbh kepada teknikal(biarpun tipu)...
tp insta punya masalah lain ...melibatkan kes penarikan profit bernilai tinggi..jrg berlaku kat broker lain..
dan yg plg worst.setiap kali penarikan profit .ianya dibuat atas alasan technical error...mungkin kita boleh terima alasan tu...tp mengapa tech.error tu hanya didedahkan apabila berlaku kes macam si aras ni..?...tiada pengumuman secra rasmi sebelum itu...dan alasan plg susah nak terima..tech error berrlaku 3 hari direct(sbb nak ambil tarikh trading si aras)--.jrg berlaku kat broker lain..

dan yg plg last...hanya jauhari yg mengenal manikan siapa scammer dan siapa bukan ialah....encik sendiri boleh menilai reason yg diberikan oleh insta russia sendiri berubah2...encik perasan x...?...memula coz of quotation system error...lps kena serang ngan askar2.....timbul reason lain pula -> coz intend to use every spike ... what a funny broker give their childish reason ...so,encik nampak insta ni fishy x sebagaimana kami nampak fishy ..?..kalo nak sebut pasal bukti lain yg memenangkan si aras ni byk lagi..tp takpela..malas nak taip..

kesimpulannya...utk pemahaman encik..kami tahu encik x salah dlm soal ni..sbb encik berada di kedudukan seorang pekerja...tetapi tidakkah encik sendiri terfikir utk menolong trader2 melayu sesama kita drpd terpalit sama di masa akan datang..?...CG juga selalu melaung2kan menaikkan bisnes bumiputera...membantu melindungi ekonomi bumiputera and so on...so this the time to prove it...bukan sekadar kata2 tetapi melalui tindakan kita juga...

Agak2nya...adalah hanya insta sahaja yang tak kasik withdraw profit dan tarik balik profit...??

Selama aku baca keluhan2 traders pernah gak terjumpa yang broker lain tarik profit... tahan profit dari wd..so mungkin Insta ni worse..tapi keadaan ni semua akan kita semua tahu..jika kita yang buka broker sendiri..kot laa...


p/s: lagi satu kalau betul org Rusia ni bermasalah dan suka scam org...boleh tolong post kan di sini...so semua org bleh ambil iktibar... sebb di sini ada 2 broker Rusia :-?:-?...aku pon taknak MELAYU abih kena pototng kepala...kalau betul org rusia ni scamm...so kat sini ada 2 broker...so kalu betull ermmm ramai org lari...
