ARAS194 blackmails InstaForex (Case Resolved)

I underline again that if you decide to open an account with our company you will have to accept an agreement. We don't make anybody to accept this agreement. But people who do it should read it attentively so that not to feel themselves aggrieved.

We have thousands of accounts, of course it is difficult to check each account.
Why did we pay attention to aras account?, because almost all his deals were based on usage of this failure in his own interests.
When you said that we don't allow traders to gain from failures and we take back their profit, I can tell you that in case Aras made one deal based on this failure we would not pay attention at this fact, but he used every spike, all his profit was based on these spikes.
I see that you are our client too, that is why I m trying to explain you our position. We value our clients and don't want to lose you but we have very strict attitude to such people like aras. I do think that he blackmails us in order to receive his money back, but he does it in vain cause we won't change our mind regarding this case.

1stly, i would to correct you about Aras. SHE, not HE. she already provide all of us here her logs file for a position she made. mostly is based on pending order. not an instant order. from your statement, seem you trying to told us that she know where and when a spike will happen in future so she place her pending order before that?

yes, i did read an agreement. and i print it from the 1st time i accept it. just in case there were any change made after that. and i found this, where miss Aras already provide an original logs file.

Client’s Log File – a file created by the client terminal, which records all requests and orders sent from Client to a Dealer, with one-second accuracy.

Server’s Log File – a file, created by server, which records all requests and orders received from Client to a Dealer, as well as the processing result, with one-second accuracy.

so i assume that you know a logs file is exist, so she not create that logs file by herself.

talking about an agreement all trader accept, can i take this opportunity to ask you to explain us about this two sub-chapter in that agreement.

8.3. The Client daily receives an e-mail with all reports concerning every operation on the trading account for the past 24 hours.

is that related to "Daily Statement" where we as a client should received daily?

9.1.2. The Company guarantees that all information provided by the Client in terms of registration is confidential and secure. In the case of disclosure, all violation will be handled according to the present Agreement.

and about this, if i'm not mistaken on other thread on this forum, some of your paid supporter did reveal Miss Aras detail on public forum. is that related to sub-chapter above?

u forgot..she used pending orders thus she doesnt know when spike will happened. you keep talking about spike but not one proof/evidence from you that spikes really happened for 3 consecutive days hitting take profits of the same person over and over again....you are getting funnier with your explanation!

if i were you, settle this with aras194 nicely bcoz i think you are losing more than the $8000 that you are trying to save...and you will be losing on a daily basis with the power of internet if you dont put a stop on this soon.
