Role: Aircond And Maintenance Technician
Remuneration: Negotiable based on qualification and experience
Job Purpose:
Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment especially airconds. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and installing air cond systems for the building
- Fire Fighting and CO2 System- fire alarm panel, smoke spill fan, extinguisher, wet and dry equipment
- Electrical equipment – single phase and three phase
- Domestic and commercial water pump system
- Grease trap and sewerage pipe line system
- And all other duties assigned to you from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Professional certificate or diploma
- Good technical, analytical and trouble-shooting skills
- Knowledge in AIRCONDS is a must
- Good communication skill
- Able to speak BM and English
- Able to work overtime if needed.
