WHAT ARE XM POINTS

The XM Loyalty Program offers you the ability to earn XM Points (XMP) as you trade, with the ratio of XMP per trade increasing with each Loyalty level upgrade. There are four Loyalty levels in total: Executive, Gold, Diamond, and Elite.

HOW DO I GAIN XM POINTS

XM Points are earned on every single standard round turn lot traded. The amount of XMP earned per trade depends on your loyalty status, starting with 10XMP/lot for Executive level clients and reaching double at 20XMP/lot for Elite level clients.

What is XMP worth?

As an example, let’s say you have a balance of 1,200 XMP. This can either be redeemed as a $400 Credit Bonus to be used for trading, or it can be redeemed for a $30 Cash Reward that you can withdraw without limitation.


How can I redeem XMP as cash?

On the Members Area homepage you can view your current XMP balance and its equivalent Cash Reward value. From there just click on the “Redeem Now” button and you will be redirected to a page where you can specify how much XMP you wish to redeem. Your Cash Reward will be deposited to your trading account from where it can be fully withdrawn.

How do I redeem XMP as a bonus?

On the Members Area homepage you can view your current XMP balance and its equivalent Credit Bonus value. From there just click on the “Redeem Now” button and you will be redirected to a page where you can specify how much XMP you wish to redeem. Your Credit Bonus will be deposited to your trading account from where it can be used for trading purposes.

C. Specific “Bonus Scheme” Terms

1. Eligible Clients, who meet the criteria set forth herein are able to participate in XM Loyalty Program and earn XM points (“XMP”), which will be calculated according to traded volume with special multiplier set respectively to following Loyalty Statuses:

a) “Executive Level” – 10XMP per every round turn standard lot traded and or 0.10XMP per every round turn micro lot traded.

b) “Gold Level” – 13XMP per every round turn standard lot traded and or 0.13XMP per every round turn micro lot traded.

c) “Diamond Level” – 16XMP per every round turn standard lot traded and or 0.16XMP per every round turn micro lot traded.

d) “Elite Level” – 20XMP per every round turn standard lot traded and or 0.20XMP per every round turn micro lot traded.


2. Round turn trade will be considered as invalid to generate XM points (“XMP”) in XM Loyalty Program, in the event when its duration will be equal or shorter than 10 minutes.


3. Eligible Clients with their first deposit are promoted to “Executive Level” – further promotions depend on cumulated number of traded (business) days


Example: It takes 100 active trading days in order to reach “Elite Level”, therefore it takes 100 days of trading inactivity in order to be demoted to “Executive Level”. Clients are always demoted to “Executive Level”, there is no gradual demotion like from “Elite” to “Diamond Level”.
