1. Before use, be sure to clean (Ensure the frame is not oily) & dry your frame, and then only determine position to stick on.
2. To ensure good grip, user with a narrow or skinny bridge (nose), advisable to place the pads closer to the top frames. User with a wider bridge (nose), suggest to place the pads at lower frame.
3. Don't repeatable stick on it as it can lose the adhesiveness. Also, make sure the nose pad part don't contact with water. Adhesive will be lost if contact with water or too much repeatable try. So please stick it carefully, once stick that's it.
4. Now, you can enjoy wearing your plastics spectacles or sunglasses freely and comfortably without slipping down frequent.
