WTA Hard Disk Problem

i have wastern digital hard disk.
the bios is detect but windows not detect.
when im trying installing operating system,it detect my hard disk which were gdt?
im using normal hard disk.
before this im using external which it detect as RAW type. i cant format it because it takes long time which i dont know when it will done.
the hard disk capacity is 1TB with 64mb cache.
any repairing agent here?Kepong,KL.

download harddisk diagnostic tool from western digital website.
run the diagnostic tool and see the report..
