Sape pnh ada mslh cm yg sy kena skrg ni? Hrp ble bantu.

External lain ok je nak copy, paste atau view. Yg 1 ni je xble.

Samsung 1TB. Ble view content, tgk saiz file suma. Tp xdpt nak bt pa2. Nak play mp3, baca pdf pn xble. Pastu loading slow sgt.

Bila nak copy, popup error 'cant read from source file or disk'

Dah try guna safe mode pn sama jg. Mslh dr external ke?

Sila bg bantuan dan cadangan. Ada content yg urgent sy prlu dlm hardrive tu.

biasanya klo cable mslh ptt hrdrive xble detect kn. Yg ni ble detect, nmpk suma file tu, ble tgk saiz tp xble nak bt pa2. Copy, cut @ nak open pn xble

Tp sy akan cuba jg tukar cable. Tq

does drag and drop work? Have you tried starting your computer in safe mode and see if you can copy/paste like that?

Is it possible for you to plug the external to a different computer and check if you can copy/paste there? If you try this and it works in the other computer, that would rule out the drive being damaged somehow. If it doesn’t work in the other computer either, then chances are there is something going on with drive.

Go to tools tab and check for errors.

At a command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
Chkdsk /R X:
X: is drive letter

or try application etc teracopy,extreme copy

thx bro. will try.. anyway i already change cable. sometimes can cut but sometimes no. weird..
