Dark Knight Theme...

Completely new custom start menu, with alternate program list styles design by myself. Custom start orb, with alternate user frame as found by Creator from CoLnE® 2009. Custom open file indicator, and running application indicator. 6 wallpapers from Frank Miller artwork, two custom, by myself.
Thanks goes out to Pauliewog, xxrazor and Creator for there help and knowing the right places to look.

p/s For anyone running win7 x64 experiencing image problems with the shut down/ switch user start buttons, use this patch:

Just copy the patches into your Dark Knight theme folder and use.

I also found a slight image flaw in the DarkKnight.msstyle. This is for only DarkKnight.msstyle, not the DarkKnight2.msstyle.

DarkKnight2.msstyle doesnt have this small blemish.

But to fix it, just copy this patch to the theme folder with the .msstyle and execute it to fix it. Sorry for this. Im sure most will just over look it.
