Which Time frame do you like to use?

I am curious to know which time frame do you prefer to use in Forex trading?
I prefer using a mix of timeframes depending on the strategy. For scalping, shorter timeframes like 1-minute or 5-minute charts work best. For more swing trades, I lean towards 15-minute to 1-hour charts. It helps capture different market movements and allows for better risk management.

It's important to be able to combine different timeframes. Traders often use the three-screen rule to get a complete picture of the market.

I usually prefer the H1 and H4 time frames. They give a good balance between clear market structure and manageable noise, allowing better decision-making without needing to watch the charts constantly.

Higher timeframes show market direction: trend, range, key support and resistance levels, and whether bulls or bears are currently in control. Lower timeframes show more favorable entry points with smaller stop-losses.

Stick to H4 and D1 if you are losing money. Small timeframes make you trade too much . Big timeframes help you think clearly. Experience taught me this the hard way

On higher timeframes, there's no noise; you have hours, not seconds, to make a more accurate and informed decision. This eliminates panicked mistakes, and candlestick patterns or technical indicators are more reliable.
